   Philip, I saw him last night at around 9:50 pm at Howard Park and Ronces. He was looking for some $ for a loaf of bread and a pack of smokes. He didn’t have any of his gear with him. I gave him a few dollars and we talked about the heat and he left. That was Tuesday night.
