yeah man i feel for you, i spent about 5 months homeless when i was 17. and i have never seen anything like that. how do you get a ticket when your already homeless, talk about kicking someone while their down.

Outrageous!

I visit a site on a regular basis and had heard there that ticketing homeless people was something in the works. What a crock. I’m embarrassed to be part of this world some days.

Just harassment…just so the politicians can say they’re doing something…just so you have a warrant and get dug in even deeper…
